Situated in the middle of charming Exmouth market, Santore
is an ideal choice for any pizza or pasta lover. Though minimalist in décor,
there is nothing understated about the food. We went in a group of 20+ people,
and were soon presented with around 6 metres of delicious pizza on elevated
boards that spanned the entire length of the table. Parma ham, buffalo
mozzarella, artichoke, salami and sautéed aubergines were just some of the
toppings I managed to dive into. Try the deep fried calamari and courgette to
start and for pasta fans, the buttery king prawn filled pasta is melt-in-your-mouth
delicious. Dark wood and a plethora of olive oil bottles add a rustic touch to
this space.
